Premier Therapies

Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy® (VHMT) Level I

Leading edge bodywork that releases trauma and shock at the tendons and ligaments and in doing so restores the natural flow of fluids and energy throughout the body. VHMT provides innovative and breakthrough distinctions in body mechanics, the use of self-responsible and empowering therapeutic language, and awareness and the fundamentally fluid and vibratory nature of the human body.

Level II

VHMT Level II is intricate training in empathic tracking and use of subtle awareness and intuition while working with people’s emotions and facilitating the body’s innate intelligence for healing and self-repair. Includes rib and breath work for deep release.

Swedish Massage

A massage protocol with techniques utilizing oil and skilled touch to promote better circulation, enhance relaxation and well-being.

Swedish/Vibrational Massage

A ground breaking integration of the best of two worlds: Swedish Massage and Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy®. This massage is very thorough and luxurious.

Reflexology (Feet First® Foot Reflexology)

Centuries old, specialized foot massage and bodywork techniques that simulate nerve, blood, and meridian flow in the feet and in related organs, glands, and systems. Reflexology releases disease while it is still in the early symptom stages.

Structural Foot Balancing (formerly Feet First® Foot Rehabilitation)

This protocol releases chronically held tension and misalignment in the feet tendons and ligaments. Techniques promote structural balance of not only the foot bones but of the entire skeletal structure.

Cranial-Sacral Balancing

Healing bodywork that utilizes very subtle movements of cranial sutures, spinal and sacral vertebra to restore circulation to eyes and ears, enhance sensory perception and relieve headaches and pelvic imbalances.

Lymphatic Massage

Massage techniques which focus upon the clearing and restoration of the lymphatic drainage system. Learn the use of your neuro-lymphatic points for quick pain release and rehabilitation of the body’s recycling and composting systems.

Deep Tissue Massage (Advanced Swedish/ Structural Integration)

These techniques focus upon deep muscle, tendon and fascia release. The slower, harder strokes promote the release of chronically held tension and assist in structural rebalancing. Deep tissue work is a popular and important aspect of sports massage.

Applied Kinesiology (Touch for Health)

A specialized course in the assessment and strengthening of muscles and their corresponding organ systems through muscle testing and meridian balancing. Methods are taught for use in making balanced food choices and surrogate healing.

Asian Bodywork

Shiatsu (Acupressure)

Floor bodywork based on ancient Chinese pressure points along energy and meridian lines. Shiatsu includes rocking, rolling, holding, stretching and focused pressure with both hands and feet.

Thai Massage

This massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure on energy lines to promote relaxation, enhanced energy, flexibility, and stimulation of internal organs. It can be likened to receiving yoga and acupressure simultaneously.

Spa Therapy Treatments

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stones are placed on the body or used with massage techniques to assist in the release and deep relaxation of harder to reach chronically held pain.

Aromatherapy

Natural aromatic plant essences are used to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Aromas help clear the physical as well as the quantum field of miasmas.

Aromatherapy Massage

Massage using oils blended with aromatherapies in specialized combinations for enhanced and specialized release and renewal.

Salt Scrubs

A thorough scrubbing of the entire skin with sea salt and aromatherapies that promotes enhanced drainage and cleansing. Salt scrubs give the recipient a feeling of aliveness and improves energy flow.

Herbal Wraps

Total immersion in hot steamy wraps of herbal and aromatherapy essences for optimal cleansing of the skin and deep relaxation of the muscles. As the muscles relax, they are infused with the herbs and aromatherapies.

Family (Developmental) Massage

Pregnancy Massage

Specialized massage techniques for women carrying babies. Particular attention is placed on the comfort of the baby and the mother for optimal structural relaxation and fluid movement. These classes include the use of energy techniques as well.

Baby Massage

Specialized massage done with babies and their families that facilitates release of tension so that babies can relax and feel safer in their bodies.

Babies in Motion® Bodywork

Somatic release bodywork done with babies as their families participate and witness. These sessions facilitate release of shock and trauma from pre-natal and birth experiences. This therapy also provides leading edge methods for communicating with and listening to babies.

Child Massage

Massage on children that includes family participation to assist in the release of held tension and pain. Child massage helps children to focus, to feel and to communicate these feelings in a way such that they can be heard and understood.

Teen Massage

Massage and bodywork on teens that facilitates ease and acceptance of their bodies. This therapy promotes greater understanding of the special needs of teens and their world views.

Geriatric (Elder) Massage

Massage and bodywork on elders focusing upon the many special needs and considerations of this population. Coaching skills are presented as well as tools such as foot care for added nurturing and post-rehab care for such occurrences as stroke.

Pet Massage

Massage and bodywork on pets (accompanied by their owners) empowering all parties to understand the special bodily and emotional needs of animals, their typical disease manifestations, and their tendency to embody unexpressed desires of family members.

Additional Therapies

Chair Massage

Relaxing and educational bodywork done in the convenience of any chair which provides recipients with instruction in developing spinal fluidity and in finding the optimal ergonomic use of furniture. People become versed in the Fluid Body Model® and how to sit in ways that restore health and vitality.

Floor Massage

Innovative bodywork done on the floor that allows people to receive sessions anywhere. Special attention is placed on the fluidity of the spine and joints enabling recipients to experience a renewed level of body consciousness.

Standing Massage

Observation techniques, done while standing at the beginning of a Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy session, that facilitate finding and releasing vectors of tension and stress that have lead to habituated and disempowering body structures.

Flower Essence Design and Consulting

Introduces the subtle realms of the flower kingdom and their role in facilitating emotional release and healing. Participants learn to make flower essences and to deepen counseling skills that empower clients.

Movement for Health

Provides the experience of movement as a phenomenon of healing. Participants learn to access their bodies’ fluid consciousness and to realize movement as a pathway to deeper mental and emotional well-being.

Fluid Body Model®

New ways to think and speak about ourselves and our bodies that access awareness of the liquid nature of the human body and mind-body-spirit consciousness.
