
Massage Therapy Clinic Policies
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to complete your client preferences form and to meet your student practitioner to discuss your individual needs.
- There will be other students practicing with their clients in the same room. As some modalities require practitioners to communicate with their client so there will occasionally be some soft, short dialogs between clients and practitioners.
- We provide baskets for personal belongings, gowns (as needed), and a changing area.
- We encourage you to communicate your needs to your student practitioner (room temperature, lighting, depth of pressure, etc).
- All reservations for sessions at our massage therapy clinic require a credit card to hold your reservations unless you have purchased a Clinic Series or your information is in our files.
- A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required if you cannot attend your session. You will be charged for a missed session if notice is not given within 48 hours or no communication with the school has been established.
- Students are required to complete each session at the designated time, so please be here on time to enjoy the entire hour’s massage.
