HOLISTIC
MASSAGE THERAPY PROGRAM

technique and intuition as a basis for true healing.
The Holistic Massage Therapy Program (HMT) is
a 2-4 month certification program designed for
those with no previous massage experience.
It is for anyone wanting to learn about bodies,
communication, and healing.
Upon completion of this program, you
will receive a 177-hour certificate as a Holistic
Massage Therapist (CMT).
In the HMT Program, you learn and experience ways to care for
and nurture the human body through holistic principles and
massage. You are also trained and empowered in the “nuts and
bolts” of starting a new business and having it succeed. |

HMT Curriculum
Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy®
I--51 hours
•Uncover new ways to become free in your body through
new techniques in fluid thinking, massage,
communication, and movement awareness.
•Explore being a coach in a new fluid paradigm which
releases stress and pain, especially around
joint areas, ligaments and tendons.
•Learn these unique bodywork techniques for table,
chair, and floor massage.
Swedish Massage Therapy--48 hours
•Learn an in-depth and thorough oil-based massage.
•Gain confidence and certainty learning step-by-step
how to connect each part of the body.
•Discover massage techniques that facilitate relaxation
and tension release from muscles and joints.
Anatomy and Physiology I--26 hours
•Learn human anatomy through simple and fun methods.
•Learn the structure and functions of the skeletal
and muscular systems of the body.
•Gain practical knowledge of your body’s fundamental
physiology.
Swedish/Vibrational Massage Therapy--14
hours
•Discover the compatibility and grace that is available
with the combination of two complimentary
techniques: Swedish Massage and Vibrational
Healing Massage Therapy®.
•Learn even more moves and techniques—all part of
a unique, “third modality.”
•Develop a deeper appreciation of the qualities inherent
in both modalities.
Philosophy, Communication,
Business and Ethics

•Learn what it really means to “pay attention.”
•Gain valuable skills in developing, marketing, and
promoting your business with passion.
•Uncover ethical issues and important legal aspects
of setting up your business.
•Develop communication skills that enhance your health,
